Harts - Loft, St Ives

We spent a long weekend staying at Harts Loft, St Ives.

The apartment was wonderful. Spotlessly clean, welcoming and comfortable. The owners had really thought about the comfort of guests and additional touches like spare toiletries, a welcome pack including milk in the fridge made us feel able to enjoy ourselves straight away.

Bed linen, towels, crockery and soft furnishings were of good quality which made living in the space enjoyable.

The views are extraordinary and accessibility to all the local bars and restaurants was easy with everything on the doorstep.

Booking was simple, communication excellent from the owners and Smart Choice meaning we won’t hesitate to use the service again and hopefully secure another stay in the property. We were genuinely sad to leave the apartment and St Ives!

Harts - Loft, St Ives

The Smartchoice stats team, and in particular Kelly, were very friendly and provided loads of helpful information about the stay.

Their guest pack was very informative before we arrived, with great information and dog friendly recommendations.

We would definitely go back again, and we really fell in love with st Ives. We couldn’t recommend their apartment enough. Very well situated in the centre of the harbour, overlooking the bay.

Kelly kept in touch throughout, and has been very helpful, providing clear check-in and check-out instructions, and other useful dog friendly info.

Harts - Loft, St Ives

Perfect location—right in the heart of St Ives and literally on the harbour beach.

We were initially concerned about noise from the nearby Sloop Inn, but it wasn’t an issue at all.

Managed to unload in a short stay car park behind the property and then park at the long term Island car park after just a short wait. This car park being only a short walk from the property.

The property was spotless and just as described, with lovely touches like a welcome pack including wine and milk.

Fans in every room were very welcome during the hot weather, and keeping the blinds down during the day helped keep things cool.

The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of utensils and equipment for cooking.

Communication from the owners was excellent leading up to the visit and throughout.

A fantastic stay in a perfect location. We’d love to come back.
