Fantastic location in St Ives. Everything you could have wished for and more, every little detail thought of from spare toiletries (if required), well equipped kitchen to a lovely welcome pack!

The beds were so comfortable and the towels soft and fluffy

We had a very enjoyable stay , the apartment was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. The views from the apartment are fabulous and we enjoyed watching all the activity in the harbour . Perfectly located for all the beaches and the array of bars , restaurants , cafes and shops that St Ives has to offer .

The Smartchoice stays team were very friendly and provided loads of helpful information about the stay. Their guest pack was very informative before we arrived, with great information and dog friendly recommendations. We would definitely go back again, and we really fell in love with st Ives. We couldn’t recommend their apartment enough. Very well situated in the centre of the harbour, overlooking the bay. Kelly kept in touch throughout, and has been very helpful, providing clear check-in and check-out instructions, and other useful dog friendly info. Highly recommended

Fantastic communication from the owners. Great location, right on the beach with superb views from all windows. All the amenities you’d need and would be happy to stay for a lot longer next time.

What a beautiful place to stay. Everything was perfect! So clean and everything is decorated so nicely and the views are amazing! Definitely stay here if you’re going to St Ives!
